Definition of Five Year Beta
Beta is a measure of the volatility of a security compared to a market index. Intrinio uses the S&P 500 for comparison. This data tag defaults to a rolling five-year beta calculation. This calculation is updated on a bi-weekly basis and utilizes Intrinio's EOD Stock Prices data.
